Frequently Asked Questions

Courses must be taken within 6 months of registration date. After 6 months, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible.  Course extensions may be requested by calling (502) 509-3429‬ or by sending an Email. Extensions are not available once a course has expired. 

There is a zero tolerance policy for any student caught cheating. If a student is caught cheating then their course will be canceled.

Students get immediate access to the course and may begin right away. 

There are no refunds for any online courses once a student has enrolled.
