Students get immediate access to the course and may begin right away. 

What is the Pass Guarantee?

We're confident that students who complete our course and test prep will pass the Indiana Broker license exam on the first try.  Read the full terms and conditions here. 

What comes with the online Indiana 90 Hour Broker Pre-Licensing course?

Students will receive a textbook in the mail, access to the online learning platform, complimentary subscription to our real estate test prep crammer program (CompuCram®),  downloadable content to aid in their studies, and access to a licensed instructor who is available to answer content related questions. The instructor will also send out a weekly progress report to each student.  Please check your SPAM or Promotions folder if you don't see the weekly emails. 

How do I use CompuCram® to prepare for the license exam?

How long will it take to finish the 90 hour pre-license course?

Most students can complete the course in about 10 weeks.

Do the online courses have an expiration date?

Students must complete all online courses within 6 months.

How much does it cost to begin a real estate career?

What happens if a student is caught cheating?

There is a zero tolerance policy for any student caught cheating. If a student is caught cheating then their course will be canceled and no refund issued.
