Wohrle Real Estate School is confident that our 90 hour Indiana Broker Pre-License course bundled with CompuCram® will prepare you to pass the license exam the first time. In the event you don’t pass the Indiana real estate licensing exam on your first attempt you will be reimbursed for the cost of your exam*.

Complete our 90-hour Indiana Broker pre-license course and CompuCram® within 6 months of your original enrollment date.
Achieve a score of 85% or higher on all CompuCram® modules and exams, three consecutive times.
Take the state licensing exam within 30 days of the completion date on your course certificate.

Just a few things to keep in mind: This offer is for the initial exam only (retakes aren't eligible). If you pass some sections but not all then you'll received a 50% refund. Course and material costs aren't reimbursable. A copy of your paid exam receipt (with the exam date) and a copy of your exam results (with the exam date) will need to be submitted with your request.
