Pass Guarantee
Wohrle Real Estate School is confident that our 90 hour Indiana Broker Pre-License course bundled with CompuCram® will prepare you to pass the license exam the first time. In the event you don’t pass the Indiana real estate licensing exam on your first attempt you will be reimbursed for the cost of your exam. (This is only valid for your first attempt.)
The following restrictions apply:
Students must complete Wohrle Real Estate School’s Indiana 90 hour Broker pre-license course within 6 months of original course enrollment.
Students must complete CompuCram® within 6 months of original course enrollment.
Student must complete each CompuCram® module with 85% or higher, 3 consecutive times.
Student must complete and master all vocabulary exercises in CompuCram®.
Student must complete the CompuCram® simulated final exam with an 85% or higher, 3 consecutive times.
You must take the state license exam within 30 days of the completion date listed on your course completion certificate.
Reimbursement is for the cost of the license exam and is limited to the initial attempt only. Retakes are not eligible. If you pass a portion of your exam but fail the other portion, we will apply a 50% refund after we confirm eligibility. No course or material fees are reimbursable.
A copy of the paid receipt including date of scheduled exam must be provided.
A copy of the exam results including the date of exam must be provided.
