Our 30 hour Indiana real estate post-license class reviews and checks the licensee’s knowledge of critical topics including contracts, listing and purchase agreements, closing transactions, business growth, client relationships, negotiation, cultural diversity, fair housing, financing, and construction. All newly licensed Indiana real estate brokers must complete this course within the first two (2) years of licensure.
