The 90 hour online program is self-paced and provides the fundamentals including Indiana law, land use controls and regulations, real estate contracts, closings, general principles of agency, property disclosures, transfer of title,  leasing and property management basics, real estate finance, and more.  The course helps students learn and retain knowledge by using a variety of techniques, including instructional content, activities, video advice from experts, reviews, links to websites, and downloadable documents.  Students also have access to a licensed instructor and tech support. 

Students will receive a companion text book in the mail along with our Indiana Law e-book. In addition, students receive a complimentary subscription to one of the best test prep products on the market which integrates vocabulary tools, practice testing and comprehensive simulated exams.
